Position: Bodyshop Paint Sprayer
Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire

Our client is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a Bodyshop Paint Sprayer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with wide range of vehicles but predominantly vans you must be productive and work to a high standard.

• You will need to be fully skilled and have relevant previous workshop experience combined with a City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
• Preparing paint spraying equipment.
• Preparing the bodywork of the car.
• Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency.
• Applying several coats to the vehicles, including primers, colours and protective finishes.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
• Storing paints in the correct conditions.
• Managing inventory of paints and equipment.
• Ensuring that you always follow safety procedures.

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

• A full UK manual driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
• The ability to pay attention to detail
• A flexible attitude
• The ability to be adaptable
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work without supervision
• The ability to stay motivated in all circumstances
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain high standards at all times
