Position: General Surgeon
Location: Ilford, Essex IG3
Salary: £120,000

As our General Surgeon, you will provide a full range of surgical diagnosis, treatment and care to inpatients, day patients and outpatients who require general surgery. We are flexible on working days, ideally looking 2 – 3 days a week covering our hospital in Ilford and in Gillingham.
As a key member of the centres team you will be working closely with our team of Consultants across a wide range of specialisms and the hospitals Medical Director, Nurul, and local Leadership Team.
At Practice Plus Group we believe in supporting each other and sharing best practise. You will be flexible enough to become an integral part of that team attending meetings and contribute to teaching of our hospital staff.
Main duties of the job
What were looking for:
- Current GMC specialist registration
- Experience of working in general surgery, especially laparoscopic procedures (hernia repair and cholecystectomy).
- Committed to your own continuing medical education and professional development.
